Knowing You Deserve a Happy Life Despite Your Circumstances is One of Life's Great Paradigms
Why Resiliency Matters
You’ve heard the saying, “Life can change on a dime.” We’ve witnessed the truth of that expression. Having resiliency tools to draw upon in the face of all kinds of life’s challenges–trauma, tragedy, heartache or personal crises allows us to bounce back stronger, wiser, and choosing to live a happy life despite our circumstances. After the loss of my daughter I had to call upon every coping skill I have learned in my lifetime.
Why Learn Resiliency?
Our goal is to begin to shape in individuals a conceptual and practical understanding of what an emotionally resilient life looks like, what makes some people, despite the stressors and circumstances in their lives, manage to adapt, and in some cases, thrive. We believe everyone can have a full, happy life despite their circumstances, tragedies and hardships.
