"One of the greatest gifts Jenna gave me was the realization that strength and resiliency is a choice.   It's a knowing that the one thing that can never be taken from you is your personal power."

Knowing You Deserve a Happy Life Despite Your Circumstances is One of Life's Great Paradigms...

Why Resiliency Matters

You’ve heard the saying, “Life can change on a dime.”  We’ve witnessed the truth of that expression.  Having resiliency tools to draw upon in the face of all kinds of life’s challenges–trauma, tragedy, heartache or personal crises allows us to bounce back stronger, wiser, and choosing to live a happy life despite our circumstances.  After the loss of my daughter I had to call upon every coping skill I have learned in my lifetime.

Why Learn Resiliency?

Our goal is to begin to shape in individuals a conceptual and practical understanding of what an emotionally resilient life looks like, what makes some people, despite the stressors and circumstances in their lives, manage to adapt, and in some cases, thrive.  We believe everyone can have a full, happy life despite their circumstances, tragedies and hardships.

Accept Change

Begin to understand that change is an inevitable thing in our lives; however, through change comes an amazing opportunity to grow and learn.

Self Discovery

Much of how we react to our life's situation is based on our beliefs and values. Continue to dig deep into who you are and what drives your actions.

Personal Power

It's important to always remind yourself you still have the choice to have an amazing life despite your circumstances. Never surrender your personal power.

Having intention doesn't mean life's challenges and pains will go away, but it does mean that you create a powerful road map for the rest of your life.

Making connections creates a strong base of support . Feeling supported makes you feel loved and love has been proven to be the most powerful indicators of happiness.

Asking yourself powerful questions and allowing yourself quiet time daily to reflect is vital to keeping you on track and having you live a happy life.
